...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHWESTERN LIVINGSTON AND
NORTHEASTERN ALLEGANY COUNTIES...

At 433 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Belfast, or 15
miles south of Letchworth State Park, moving east at 15 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.
