  on water.

* Impact...At 18.0 feet, small tributaries are affected by high water from 
  the Perkiomen. Flooding is possible near the Route 113 bridge in Perkiomen 
  Township.

  Trail is flooded in Perkiomen Township at Plank Road and Route 113. Ninth 
  Avenue begins to flood in Collegeville.
