The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1115 AM EDT.
    
* At 1051 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near East Norriton, or 18 miles northwest of
  Philadelphia, moving northwest at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  West Norriton, East Norriton, Collegeville, Trappe, East
  Greenville, Schwenksville, Green Lane, Geryville, Spring Mount,
  Gilbertsville, Skippack, Boyertown, Pennsburg, Red Hill,
  Harleysville, Pottsgrove, Evansburg, Kulpsville, Eagleville and
  Halfway House.

This includes Northeast Extension between mile markers 26 and 33.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1115 AM EDT FOR
NORTHWESTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTY...
    
At 1058 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Schwenksville, or 22 miles northeast of West 
Chester, moving northwest at 35 mph. Rotation in the clouds was 
reported near Harleysville.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Collegeville, Trappe, East Greenville, Schwenksville, Green Lane,
Geryville, Spring Mount, Gilbertsville, Skippack, Boyertown,
Pennsburg, Red Hill, Harleysville, Pottsgrove, Halfway House,
Sanatoga and Kulpsville.

This includes Northeast Extension between mile markers 31 and 32.
