* Forecast...Rise above flood stage tonight and continue to rise to 
  near 15.0 feet by tomorrow morning. The river will fall below 
  flood stage by tomorrow afternoon.
* Impact...At 13.0 feet...Portions of PA Route 724 along the 
  Berks/Chester county line are closed due to high water, specifically
  Union Township in Berks county and North Coventry Township in 
  Chester county.

* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 18.0 feet tonight. 
  The river will fall below flood stage early Thursday morning.
* Impact...At 19.0 feet...Flooding occurs at Riverfront Park in Norristown 
  blocking the entrance way. Apartment parking lots are flooded on Dekalb 
  Street in Norristown. Water also begins to enter the parking lots at the 
  Riverside Apartments. Businesses and industry along Dekalb Street and on east 
  Washington Street in Norristown begin to flood. Stoney Creek begins to back 
  up. Saw Mill Run starts to flood. The intersection of Water and Lafayette 
  Streets in Norristown is flooded, affecting businesses.
