* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by late this afternoon and 
  continue to rise to near 10.4 feet by this evening. The river 
  will fall below flood stage tonight.
* Impact...At 10.5 feet...Route 413, near Bridgeton Pike in 
  Middletown Township, is subject to closures due to flooding.
* Flood history...This crest compares to a previous crest of 10.4
