  Northeastern Monroe County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1030 AM EDT.
    
* At 958 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Analomink, or 7 miles southeast of Mount Pocono,
  moving north at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  East Stroudsburg, Henryville, Paradise Valley, Analomink, Skytop,
  Canadensis, Mountainhome, Alpine Mountain, Cresco and Arlington
  Heights.
