3. 16.00 ftCollegeville businesses on Route 29, between East Ninth Avenue and East Main Street, begin to take on water.
4. 15.00 ftEast Main Street in Collegeville floods.
5. 14.00 ftStorm sewers back up in Collegeville and flood Route 29.
6. 13.00 ftFirst Avenue in Collegeville becomes impassable.
7. 12.00 ftPortions of Central Perkiomen Park in Collegeville are flooded. Flood waters expand onto and to the west of First Avenue in Collegeville.
8. 11.00 ftGraterford Road and Penitentiary Bridge are closed due to flooding.
9. 8.00 ftPark Avenue in Schwenksville is flooded. The Perkiomen Trail is flooded in Perkiomen Township at Plank Road and Route 113.
