  local roads west and northwest of Okmulgee are closed and suburban 
  homes become isolated and threatened by high water. Dentonville 
  Road southwest of Begss is closed. This will compare with flooding 
  which occurred on June 20, 2015 when the river crested at 27.44 
  feet, and on April 29, 1999 when the river crested at 27.10 feet. 
  This is a dangerous and life threatening situation.

  under several feet of water. Highway 169 south of the Kansas border

  reached 38.3 feet and approach the flood of May 8, 1961 when the 
  river reached 39.78 feet. This is an extremely dangerous and life 
  threatening situation.

* At  9:15 AM Thursday, the stage was 22.35 feet.
* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Deep Fork River near Beggs will continue rising to 
  near 28.8 feet Sunday evening then begin falling. The river is
  expected to remain above 25 feet through Tuesday.
* Impact...At 28.0 feet, severe agricultural flooding occurs. Some 
  local roads are closed northwest of Okmulgee with some suburban 
  homes northwest of Okmulgee sufffering minor flooding. Dentonville 
  Road southwest of Beggs is closed. This will exceed the flooding 
  which occurred on April 29, 1999 when the river crested at 27.10 
  feet. This is an extremely dangerous and life threatening 
  situation.

* Impact...At 29.0 feet, disasterous flooding occurs between north 
  Tulsa and Catoosa. Many homes are severely flooded. Impacts are 
  greater than flooding which occurred on October 1, 1986. This is an
  extremely dangerous and life threatening situation.

* Forecast...The Neosho River near Commerce will continue rising to 
  near 25.1 feet this evening and then fall to near 24.6 feet
  by Friday afternoon. The river will then rise again to near 25.3
  feet by late Friday night. The river is expected to then fall but
  remain above 20.9 feet through Tuesday.
* Impact...At 24.0 feet, widespread and severe flooding occurs. 
  Highway 125 south of Miami will be closed. Suburban homes and 
  businesses south of Miami may be flooded.   
* Impact...At 26.0 feet, widespread and damaging flooding occurs. Some
  residential evacuation may be necessary. Suburban homes and 
  businesses south of Miami could see water rise above floor levels. 
  This will compare with the stage on October 6, 1986 when the Neosho
  River crested at 26.23 feet. This is an extremely dangerous and 
  life threatening situation.

* Impact...At 22.0 feet, severe agricultural flooding occurs. Water 
  levels are within 2 feet of topping the Ralston sewage treatment 
  levees when the stage reaches 22 feet. This is a dangerous 
  situation.

  through Tuesday afternoon and then begin falling. The river will
  remain above 19 feet through Saturday.
* Impact...At 22.0 feet, severe agricultural flooding occurs. Water 
  levels are within 2 feet of topping the Ralston sewage treatment 
  levees when the stage reaches 22 feet. This is a dangerous 
  situation.

.DISCUSSION...
Warm front currently located near a Drumright, Bixby, Inola line.
Elevated strong convection continues north of the front with
mainly a large hail/heavy rainfall threat. Atmosphere is very
unstable along and south of boundary and a few isolated supercells
are still expected to develop near warm front and/or south in the
warm sector. All modes of severe weather are possible, including
a few strong tornadoes. In addition, very heavy rainfall expected
in the stronger storms overnight with a significant flooding
threat, especially north of I-44 and west of highway 75. Numerous
rivers are forecast to go into flood based on the forecast
rainfall amounts expected through Tuesday across the northern
basins.

Thunderstorms over western/central Oklahoma should become more
linear with time overnight, moving into eastern Oklahoma late
tonight. Very strong low level wind fields are expected and QLCS
tornadoes and damaging downburst winds will remain possible. The
severe threat will likely persist as convective line pushes east
into far eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas during the day
Tuesday with additional surface heating. The main thunderstorm
line is forecast to move east of northwest Arkansas by mid
afternoon with the severe threat ending.

Strong upper high will build over the southeast CONUS mid to late
week. Short waves embedded in stronger southwest flow aloft will
continue to support scattered showers and thunderstorms, with the
best chance remaining over northeast Oklahoma.

DISCUSSION...
Severe weather will develop this afternoon and continue into
the overnight hours.  Conditions remain favorable
for significant severe weather including the potential for violent
tornadoes and damaging winds.  Numerous supercell storms are
expected to develop this afternoon and become tornadic.  These
storms may also interact with a stationary boundary in vicinity
of the Interstate 44 corridor, which will further enhance the
tornadic potential.  The risk of supercells will continue
into the evening hours and possibly spread eastward through
western Arkansas.  A brief lull in severe weather is possible
toward the early morning hours on Tuesday, however a line of
storms is expected to re-intensify while spreading eastward.
This line of storms is likely to move into eastern Oklahoma
after 3 AM with potential for leading edge tornadoes and
locally damaging winds.

Significant flooding is likely to develop this afternoon
through tonight, especially across portions of eastern Oklahoma.
Flash flooding will develop quickly due to the saturated
soils, and there remains potential for life threatening flooding
across portions of northeast Oklahoma where recent excessive
rains have fallen.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACTION STATEMENT...
Activation of the Regional Spotter Network Expected.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.
TUESDAY...Severe Thunderstorm Potential...Heavy Rain Potential.
WEDNESDAY through SATURDAY...Thunderstorm Potential.
SUNDAY...No Hazards.

EXTENDED DISCUSSION...
Severe weather is likely to be ongoing Tuesday morning as
the line of storms advances eastward.  The risk for tornadoes
and locally damaging winds will continue.  Any additional
heavy rainfall will further worsen any ongoing flooding.
Flooded roadways are likely to remain an issue for several
days as waters will be slow to recede.
Thunderstorm chances continue through the week, however
an organized severe weather threat is not apparent at this
time.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT PLANNING STATEMENT...

are likely this afternoon and evening.  The severe
