* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Osage County in northeastern Oklahoma...
  Pawnee County in northeastern Oklahoma...

* Until 1245 AM CDT Tuesday.

* At 443 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain were about to move into the warned area. One to two 
  inches of rain have fallen from the earlier day activity. More 
  heavy rain producing thunderstorms are expected to continue to 
  train over the warned area this afternoon and tonight. As a 
  result, flash flooding is expected.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 AM CDT FOR
OSAGE AND PAWNEE COUNTIES...

At 728 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported flooding in the 
Pawhuska area. Roads have been closed due to flooding in the area. 
The Pawnee mesonet recently reported 2.66 inches of rain in one 
hours. Flash flooding will continue.
