The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

* Tornado Watch for portions of 
  Northern Maryland
  Western New York
  Pennsylvania
  Northern West Virginia
  Lake Erie

* Effective this Sunday night and Monday morning from 645 PM
  until 300 AM EDT.

* Primary threats include...
  A few tornadoes possible
  Widespread damaging wind gusts to 70 mph likely

SUMMARY...Fast-moving bands of storms will spread northeastward
across the region tonight. Adequate instability and very strong
shear will support the possibility of severe storms capable of
damaging winds and tornadoes.

The tornado watch area is approximately along and 100 statute miles
east and west of a line from 35 miles north northeast of Bradford PA
to 40 miles west of Hagerstown MD. For a complete depiction of the
