  Erie County in northwestern Pennsylvania...
  Northern Crawford County in northwestern Pennsylvania...

* Until 745 PM EDT.
    
* At 659 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Edinboro, or 11 miles north of Meadville, moving
  northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

At 713 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Waterford, or 17 miles southeast of Erie, moving
northeast at 55 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail.

SOURCE...Weather spotters reported a funnel cloud near Conneaut Lake 
         at 650 PM EDT.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.

Locations impacted include...
Union City, Waterford, Wattsburg, Mill Village, McKean, Elgin and
Middleboro.
