Ozarks and extreme southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight.

Weather hazards expected...

  Limited hail risk.
  Limited thunderstorm wind damage risk.
  Elevated flooding risk.
  Significant lightning risk.

DISCUSSION...

  Showers and thunderstorms with heavy rain continue to push east
  across the area. Significant flash flooding was occurring in
  parts of southwest Missouri from the earlier heavy rain. Some of
  the leading storms may produce some hail to the size of
  quarters and wind gusts up to 60 mph into the early afternoon
  across far southern Missouri.

  Due to the rainfall limiting instability, additional severe
  storm development is not expected at this time later in the day.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will be possible at times
this week.
