* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Kerr County in south central Texas...

* Until 645 PM CDT

* At 338 PM CDT, a resident about 10 miles upstream from Hunt 
  reported a sharp rise in water and debris flowing down the 
  Guadalupe. Flash flooding is already occurring, and could threaten 
  the lives of people traveling along Highway 39 and FM 1340.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Ingram, Hunt, Waltonia and Kerr Wildlife Management Area.
