The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northwestern Bandera County in south central Texas...
  Northwestern Kerr County in south central Texas...
  Eastern Real County in south central Texas...

* Until 300 PM CDT

* At 1152 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area which includes far eastern Real 
  County, Western Kerr County, and western Bandera County. Up to 
  three inches of rain have already fallen near Highway 39 in 
  western Kerr County. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Leakey, Vanderpool, Hunt, Mountain Home, Tuff, Rio Frio, Lost
  Maples State Natural Area and Kerr Wildlife Management Area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.
