The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West central Kerr County in south central Texas...
  Northeastern Edwards County in south central Texas...
  Central Real County in south central Texas...

* Until 345 AM CDT

* At 1240 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across western Kerr, northeast Edwards and central Real 
  Counties. Two to four inches of rain have already fallen the past 
  several hours according to Doppler radar estimates and surface 
  observations. Flash flooding is ongoing on some of these areas.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Leakey, Tuff and Prade Ranch. 

Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in 
these same areas the next several hours. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
