OF A LINE FROM LUFKIN TEXAS TO HUTTIG AR. HOWEVER...MORE HEAVY
RAIN IS UPSTREAM TO THE SOUTHWEST ACROSS CENTRAL TEXAS AND IS
HEADING THIS WAY. A THREAT FOR SEVERE WEATHER ALSO STILL EXISTS
ESPECIALLY IN LOCATIONS THAT RECEIVE A BREAK IN THE RAINFALL WHICH
WILL ALLOW FOR SOME INSTABILITY TO BUILD. IN SHORT...WE ARE STILL
