* Impact...Widespread flooding very similar to the post Christmas flood
  of 1982.  Secure unstilted homes for high water.  This flood will 
  compare to that of 1982 when the Little River crested at 45.88
  feet during December 29 of 1982.  Expect several thousand flooded
  acres.  All petroleum installations must be secured for high water.
  Move livestock and equipment to higher ground.
