  the Cypress Bayou At Wallace Lake south of Shreveport, Louisiana.
* from this evening until further notice...or until the warning is 
  cancelled.
* At 1000 AM Wednesday the pool stage was 149.9 feet. 
* Major flooding is forecast. 
* Flood stage is 151 feet. 
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by this evening and continue to 
  rise to near 159.5 feet by Saturday morning.
* Impact...Major flooding to develop along the Desoto and Caddo
  Parish lines.  Move livestock to higher ground away from the 
  Wallace Lake.  Some half dozen unstilted homes face flooding 
  along the parish line.  Also high water will creep up on 
  Interstate 49 as well.

* Impact...Wallace Lake will set a new pool stage record.  The old
  record was 159.65 feet set during January 31 of 1999.  Some
  two feet of water will spill over the spillway.  Expect major 
  flooding to develop on downstream of Wallace Lake and also
  along Bayou Pierre.  High water will also close Interstate 49
  as well.

* Forecast...The bayou will will recede to near 33.6 feet by Friday
  morning.
* Impact...at 34.0 feet...Flooding will begin to affect the mobile 
  home park in the Sligo community. Preparations should be rushed to 
  completion for major flooding.
