* Forecast...The Kiamichi River near Antlers is expected to rise 
  above flood stage tonight and continue to rise to near 27.0 feet by
  Thursday before dawn. The river is expected to fall below flood 
  stage early Thursday morning. However, additional heavy rainfall
  may cause the river to go higher or stay above flood stage longer
  than currently forecast. Continue to monitor the latest forecasts.

  feet Saturday before dawn. Additional heavy rainfall
  may cause the river to go higher or stay above flood stage longer
  than currently forecast. Continue to monitor the latest forecasts.
* Impact...At 30.0 feet, expect moderate flooding between the mouth of

* Minor flooding is occurring and Major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The Deep Fork River near Beggs will continue rising to 
  near 27.5 feet early Saturday afternoon then begin falling.
* Impact...At 28.0 feet, severe agricultural flooding occurs. Some 
  local roads are closed northwest of Okmulgee with some suburban 
  homes northwest of Okmulgee sufffering minor flooding. Dentonville 
  Road southwest of Beggs is closed. This will exceed the flooding 
  which occurred on April 29, 1999 when the river crested at 27.10 
  feet. This is about one foot higher than the crest at the end of 
  May. This is an extremely dangerous and life threatening 
  situation.

THIS MORNING...MOVING SLOWLY NORTH AROUND 10-15 MPH. EXPECT THE
NORTHWARD MOVEMENT TO CONTINUE AS "BILL" MOVES INTO SOUTHERN OK
TONIGHT...THEN A CURVE TO THE NORTHEAST ACROSS EASTERN OK/NORTHWEST
AR IS FORECAST THURSDAY INTO THURSDAY NIGHT. HOW QUICKLY THIS
NORTHEAST CURVE OCCURS WILL DETERMINE THE AXIS OF HEAVIEST
RAINFALL...AND CURRENT DATA SUGGESTS LITTLE CHANGE FROM THE PREVIOUS
FORECAST.

THE LEADING EDGE FEEDER BANDS SHOULD BEGIN TO IMPACT PARTS OF
SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA THIS MORNING...WITH RAINFALL BECOMING MORE

THE REMNANTS OF TROPICAL SYSTEM BILL CONTINUE TO LIFT NORTHWARD
THIS MORNING THROUGH EAST CENTRAL TEXAS. AHEAD OF THE TROPICAL
SYSTEM...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BECOME POSSIBLE
ACROSS EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS AS THE OUTER FEEDER
BANDS MOVE INTO SOUTHERN OKLAHOMA DURING THE MORNING HOURS. THE
MAIN PORTION OF THE TROPICAL SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO PUSH INTO
SOUTH CENTRAL OKLAHOMA EARLY THIS AFTERNOON AND SPREAD INTO
EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS THROUGH TONIGHT.

WIDESPREAD HEAVY TO EXCESSIVE RAINFALL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SYSTEM
WILL CREATE SIGNIFICANT AND LIFE THREATENING FLOODING ACROSS
PORTIONS OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA AND ALSO NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 5 INCHES SHOULD BE COMMON...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS OVER 6 INCHES ACROSS LOCATIONS IN EAST CENTRAL INTO
NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA THROUGH TONIGHT. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF
2 TO 4 INCHES AND LOCALLY OVER 5 INCHES ARE EXPECTED OVER THE
REGION THURSDAY. A FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL
FRIDAY MORNING.

ALSO...A LIMITED SEVERE WEATHER POTENTIAL IS FORECAST TO SPREAD
NORTHWARD DURING THE DAY TODAY INTO TONIGHT. GUSTY LOW LEVEL WINDS
WITHIN THE FEEDER BANDS WILL INCREASE LOW LEVEL WIND SHEAR WHICH
