* At 5 PM Wednesday the stage was 13.3 feet...and rising.
* Minor flooding will continue.
* Flood stage is 13 feet.
* The river will continue rising to near 14.6 feet overnight tonight. The river will fall below flood stage tomorrow late morning.
* At 15 feet...Minor flooding continues and expands further into 
  the woodlands and fields near the river upstream and downstream 
  from the gage on Pleasant Hill Road. In Dekalb County...some 
  flooding of backyards of homes begin on Harmony Hills Drive and 
  Court. Johnson Creek flowing under Union Grove Road into the river 
  begins to back up.

  afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage Friday morning.
* At 16 feet...Moderate flooding begins. In Newton County...
  Riverside Estates Travel and Mobile Home Park begins to experience 
  significant flooding. Trailers must be moved to higher ground and 
  several mobile homes will flood. Evacuations may be needed. In 
  Rockdale County...some flooding begins in the Lake Capri 
  subdivision.

* At 9 AM Saturday the stage was estimated at 19.6 feet...and steady.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is expected to continue.
* Flood stage is 18 feet.
* At 20 feet...Moderate flooding begins. Significant flooding 
  occurs in the woodlands and wetlands along the river upstream and 
  downstream from a gage located by a dirt boat ramp on the west side
  of Avant Mine off Adams Road in Washington County. The water will 
  be around two feet deep around an elevated USGS gage house. The 
  dirt road by the boat ramp will begin to flood.

* At 9 AM Saturday the stage was 26.5 feet...and steady.
* Major flooding is occurring and Major flooding is expected to continue.

* The river will hold steady near 26.5 feet this afternoon.
  The river will fall below flood stage Wednesday around midnight.
* At 27 feet...Major flooding continues. Most of Old Balls Ferry 
  Road north of Georgia Highway 57 will be under 3 to 5 feet of 
  water. The water level will be around two feet deep in the USGS 
  gage house near the boat ramp. This may affect data transmission. 
  Widespread flooding up to several feet deep of the woodlands near 
  the river occurs.

* Until further notice.
* At 9 AM Saturday the stage was 26.5 feet...and rising.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast 
  to continue.
* Flood stage is 21 feet.
* The river will continue rising to near 29.2 feet by Monday morning 
  then begin falling.
* At 30 feet...Major flooding begins with widespread inundation of 
  the woodlands and agricutural areas upstream and downstream from 
  the gage on U.S. Highway 80. The flood waters will be around 7 feet
  deep on Rex Miller Road and Old River Lane. Several homes on these 
  roads and on River Ridge Road will be under 5 feet of water. 
  Additional roads such as Hudson Street...South Decatur Street and 
  Robert Plummer Road will begin to flood. Large portions of the 
  Riverview Park Golf Course will be flooded.

* At 7 AM Saturday the stage was estimated at 19.2 feet...and falling.

* The river will begin rising tonight and continue to rise to near 21.7 
  feet by early Wednesday morning and then begin falling.
* At 22 feet...Significant flooding expands in the woodlands and 
  pastures upstream and downstream from the gage on U.S. Highway 280.
  More of the access road to the boat ramp on the Wheeler County side
  of the river is flooded. Around a dozen homes on Dead River Road in
  the south end of Montgomery County are flooded with up to 2 feet of
  water. Dead River Road will be flooded up to 4 feet deep.
