THAT HEAVY RAIN FELL OVER THE WARNED AREA THIS MORNING. ONE TO ONE
AND ONE HALF INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN WITH AREA STREAMS AND 
CREEKS RISING RAPIDLY. SOME FLASH FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS 
FIRST ROUND OF RAIN. 

A SECOND ROUND OF RAIN IN CENTRAL ALABAMA WILL TARGET PORTIONS OF NORTH
GEORGIA IN THE EARLY AFTERNOON. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 
INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED AREA THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
