RAPIDLY. FLASH FLOODING WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THIS FIRST ROUND OF 
RAIN. 

A SECOND ROUND OF RAIN IN CENTRAL ALABAMA WILL TARGET THE ATLANTA METRO
AREA BY NOON TODAY. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES ARE 
POSSIBLE IN THE WARNED AREA THROUGH THE AFTERNOON.
