* Impact...At 17.0 feet...Water recreation in the Blanco river is dangerous from
  above Blanco to the San Marcos river confluence. Secondary roads and bridges 
  in the flood plain are flooded and dangerous. Much of Dudley Johnson park at

The flood warning continues for the Guadalupe River Near Spring Branch.
* until Monday afternoon...or until the warning is cancelled. 
* At  9:00 PM Saturday the stage was 30.2 feet.
* Flood stage is 30.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river level will continue rising to near 36.9 feet by very
  early Sunday morning. The river level will fall below flood stage early Monday
  morning.
* Impact...At 36.0 feet...Moderate lowland flooding reaches secondary roads and 
  low bridges in the flood plain. Recreationists should evacuate the river banks
  because of dangerous turbulent flow. Low sections of Guadalupe River State 
  Park have tables, trash cans, and equiment damaged. Lowest homes in Kendall 
  County to Canyon Lake flood..

The flood warning continues for the Blanco River At Wimberley.
* until late Monday night...or until the warning is cancelled. 
* At 12:01 AM Sunday the stage was 32.4 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Major flooding is occurring and Record flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river level will continue rising to near 34.5 feet during the
  first hour or two of Sunday morning. The river level will fall below flood stage
  Sunday afternoon.
* Impact...At 31.0 feet...Disastrous life threatening flooding will flood over a
  hundred homes and businesses in and near Wimberley in the Blanco River and 
  Cypress Creek flood plains. Many homes flood severely downstream in the lower 
  Blanco and San Marcos River flood plains near San Marcos. This level will 
  reach lower rural homes in the flood plain above Blanco to below San Marcos 
  and can trap and drown hundreds of livestock. Roads near the river are 
  extremely dangerous..

* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Forecast...The river level will be falling and is expected to fall below flood
  stage by Monday evening.
* Impact...At 29.0 feet Many lowest homes in the Blanco River flood plain near
  Wimberley flood. Lowest homes and businesses in the Cypress Creek flood plain
  flood by backwater from the Blanco River and any runoff down Cypress Creek.
  Lowland flooding downstream in the lower Blanco and San Marcos Rivers severely
  floods lowest homes, roads and bridges near San Marcos. Livestock in the Blanco
  River flood plain above Blanco to the San Marcos River confluence are cut off
  and potentially drowned.

* Forecast...The river level will rise above flood stage by early Tuesday morning
  and continue to rise to near 40.0 feet by Thursday early afternoon.
* Impact...At 40.0 feet...Massive flooding is occurring in the River Oaks, River
  Haven, and Cypress Valley subdivisions ten miles south of Cuero near 
  Thomaston. Over one hundred homes are flooded up to nine feet requiring the 
  evacuation of hundreds of people. All roads into Cuero are closed except 
  Highway 87 which also closes several miles south of Cuero. The old CP&L plant 
  floods. Hundreds of livestock in the area are cut off and potentially drowned.
  Flow threatens to pass across the flood plain into Gholke Creek and Cuero..

MORNING HOURS. BASED ON CURRENT SATELLITE TRENDS THE EARLIER
TIMING IS BEGINNING TO LOOK MORE LIKELY. MODELS ARE STILL HOLDING
ONTO 1-3 INCH RAINFALL TOTALS WITH THIS INITIAL WAVE OF
CONVECTION. THIS...ON TOP OF ADDITIONAL RAINS THAT HAVE ALREADY
FALLEN TODAY...AND THE FACT THAT SOILS ARE SATURATED WILL LEAD TO
THE THREAT OF BOTH RIVER FLOODING AND FLASH FLOODING. THE SEVERE
WEATHER THREAT WILL ALSO BE PRESENT. WHILE CONVECTION GROUPING
TOGETHER LIKE THIS TYPICAL MEANS THE THREAT FOR SEVERE WEATHER IS
