THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN WICHITA HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY IN SOUTHEAST KANSAS

* UNTIL 1115 PM CDT

* AT 818 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAINFALL
  WAS OCCURRING OVER CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY. THIS STORM HAD PRODUCED 
RAINFALL RATES ON THE ORDER OF 2 TO 3 INCHES PER HOUR. ANOTHER ONE 
TO TWO INCHES IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT HOUR OR SO BEFORE ENDING. 

AT 815 PM CDT...CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES REPORTED SOME 
WATER COVERING THE ROADS IN PARTS OF THE COUNTY.
