* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

* AT 1128 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THE VERY
HEAVY RAIN HAD ENDED...HOWEVER...MODERATE RAIN WILL CONTINUE FOR
THE NEXT HOUR CAUSING SOME LOW LYING AREAS TO STILL FLOOD.
ALSO...SOME ROADS REMAIN CLOSED DUE TO EARLIER FLOODING.
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT
