RAIN CONTINUING TO TRAIN INTO SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS...MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES OVER THE NEXT FEW HOURS
WILL RESULT IN CONTINUED FLOODING PROBLEMS. SMALL CREEKS AND
