* AT 921 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  FROM DILLEY TO SAN ANTONIO AND NEW BRAUNFELS WEST TO MOUNTAIN HOME 
  AND VANDERPOOL...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  RAINFALL RATES OF 
  1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WERE NOTED.
