THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...

  HAYS

  COMAL

  BEXAR
  MEDINA
  ATASCOSA
  FRIO

* UNTIL 200 PM CDT

* AT 1203 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY 
  OVER THE SAN ANTONIO METRO AREA AND SOUTHEASTERN HILL COUNTRY.  
  RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR WERE NOTED.  FLOODING
  WILL CONTINUE TO INCREASE.

* HEAVY RAIN HAD ENDED ACROSS KERR AND BANDERA COUNTIES AND WILL END
  ACROSS FRIO AND MEDINA COUNTIES WITHIN THE HOUR...HOWEVER SOME 
  STREAMS AND LOW LYING AREAS WILL CONTINUE IN FLOOD THE NEXT COUPLE
  OF HOURS.

IF YOU ARE IN THE WARNING AREA MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND IMMEDIATELY. 
RESIDENTS LIVING ALONG STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD TAKE IMMEDIATE 
PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CROSS 
SWIFTLY FLOWING WATERS OR WATERS OF UNKNOWN DEPTH BY FOOT OR BY 
AUTOMOBILE. IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS, ABANDON IT IMMEDIATELY AND SEEK
