* AT 1236 PM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY   
  RAIN ACROSS DEWITT COUNTY AND SPREADING INTO LAVACA COUNTY...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  RAINFALL RATES OF 1 TO 2 INCHES PER
  HOUR WERE NOTED.  

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR OCCURRING.
