THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN RALEIGH HAS EXTENDED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 345 AM EDT

* AT 145 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  CONTINUED RAINFALL OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* SEVERAL STREAMS AND CREEKS ESPECIALLY IN CENTRAL AND EASTERN       
  FRANKLIN COUNTY CONTINUE TO FLOOD.  FLOODED ROADWAYS INCLUDE WHITE 
  LEVEL ROAD AND EAST RIVER ROAD EAST OF LOUISBURG.

  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS... ESPECIALLY     
  AT NIGHT. LOW VISIBILITIES DUE TO RAIN AND NIGHT TIME HOURS MAKE
  VIEWING FLOODED ROADWAYS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. THE NUMBER ONE CAUSE OF
  WEATHER RELATED FATALITIES IN NORTH CAROLINA IS DRIVING INTO 
  FLOODED ROADWAYS.
