* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RICHMOND COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 145 AM EDT

* AT 1152 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN THE
  WARNED AREA.

  MORE STORMS ARE SET TO MOVE INTO RICHMOND COUNTY FROM THE WEST AND
  TRACK TO THE EAST ABOUT 10 MPH. UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IN AN HOUR
  IS POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.

  DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS... ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT. LOW
  VISIBILITIES DUE TO NIGHT TIME HOURS AND HEAVY RAINS MAKE
