* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  FRANKLIN COUNTY IN NORTH CAROLINA

* UNTIL 145 AM EDT

* AT 1138 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  VERY HEAVY RAIN OVER THE WARNED AREA.

* SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORMS ARE PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IN
  THE WARNED AREA. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING TO THE EAST ABOUT 10 MPH OR
  LESS WITH UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN IN AN HOUR POSSIBLE.

  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS... ESPECIALLY
  AT NIGHT. LOW VISIBILITIES DUE TO RAIN AND NIGHT TIME HOURS MAKE
  VIEWING FLOODED ROADWAYS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. THE NUMBER ONE CAUSE OF
