* AT 116 AM CST...A STORM SPOTTER REPORTED A TORNADO 8 MILES SOUTHWEST 
  OF NOTREES ALONG THE ECTOR AND WINKLER COUNTY LINE...MOVING NORTHEAST 
  AT 20 MPH.  THIS STORM HAS A HISTORY OF PRODUCING DAMAGE.
