  WESTERN ANDREWS COUNTY IN TEXAS
  WESTERN GAINES COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 3 AM CST

* AT 1245 AM CST...WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED VERY HEAVY RAIN ALONG THE
  TEXAS/NEW MEXICO BORDER.  THESE STORMS...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH
  WILL PRODUCE RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF OVER 2 INCHES PER HOUR.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...   
  THE INTERSECTION OF SH 115 AND FM 181...HIGGINBOTHAM...PAYNES
