* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EASTERN ANDREWS COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 630 AM CST

* AT 419 AM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED
  THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN 6 MILES SOUTHEAST OF ANDREWS...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  EARLIER STORMS DROPPED 3 TO 4 INCHES
  OF RAIN OVER THIS AREA.  

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...   
  ANDREWS...HIGHWAY 176 EAST OF ANDREWS...HIGHWAY 385 SOUTH OF 
  ANDREWS...AND HIGHWAY 1788 IN SOUTHEAST ANDREWS COUNTY. 

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
