  SOUTHWESTERN UPTON COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 700 PM CST

* AT 348 PM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A
  THUNDERSTORM WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 6 MILES SOUTHWEST OF MCCAMEY...
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.  THIS THUNDERSTORM IS FOLLOWING THE PATH OF 
  PREVIOUS THUNDERSTORMS THAT HAVE MOVED THROUGH THE AREA OVER THE PAST FEW 
  HOURS.

* SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...UNDERPASSES...LOW WATER CROSSINGS...AND NORMALLY
