EASTERN GAINES COUNTY IN TEXAS * UNTIL 630 AM CST * AT 429 AM CST...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN 9 MILES SOUTH OF FAIRVIEW OR 11 MILES SOUTH OF SEMINOLE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...
