* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  BORDEN COUNTY IN TEXAS
  DAWSON COUNTY IN TEXAS

* UNTIL 200 PM CDT

* THE PUBLIC REPORTED FLOODING IN LAMESA.  DOPPLER RADAR HAS 
  INDICATED FROM TWO TO FOUR INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN OVER DAWSON 
  COUNTY...AND ONE TO THREE INCHES OVER NORTHERN BORDEN COUNTY.  
  THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO REFORM OVER THE SAME AREAS OF THE 
  NORTHERN PERMIAN BASIN...MOVING MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH.
