SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER NORTHERN OHIO AND ERIE AND
CRAWFORD COUNTIES OF NORTHWEST PENNSYLVANIA THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.

AN UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON
AND TONIGHT.  WITH A VERY MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIRMASS IN
PLACE...SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP.  A WEAK STATIONARY FRONT
DRAPED ACROSS THE REGION WILL FOCUS THE THUNDERSTORMS ACTIVITY.

ANY SEVERE WEATHER WILL MOST LIKELY BE IN THE FORM OF DAMAGING WIND OR
LARGE HAIL.  THE STORMS MAY ALSO PRODUCE TORRENTIAL RAIN.

SKYWARN ACTIVATION MAY BE NEEDED BY MID AFTERNOON.
