* AT 0224 AM...A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE NORTHERN HALF OF
  MORROW
  COUNTY WAS NEARLY STATIONARY. SINCE 1130 PM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  ABOUT 2 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN ON A LINE FROM IBERIA TO CHESTERVILLE.
  MORE
  THUNDERSTORMS TO THE NORTHWEST OF THE COUNTY WILL BE MOVING SOUTHEAST
  OVER THIS SAME AREA...AND ANOTHER 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN COULD FALL IN
