* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS FOR...
  STARK COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN OHIO
  WAYNE COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO

* UNTIL 1130 AM EDT

* AT 825 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  AT LINE ON THUNDERSTORMS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

* RADAR ALSO INDICATED THAT ABOUT AN INCH AND HALF OF RAIN HAS
  FALL IN THE PAST 30 MINUTES. THIS AMOUNT OF RAIN IN THIS SHORT
  OF TIME WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL STREAM AND LOW LYING
