THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN CLEVELAND HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  RICHLAND COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO

* UNTIL 745 AM EDT

* A NEARLY STATIONARY LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS WAS MOVING ACROSS FAR
  SOUTHERN RICHLAND COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATES INDICATE ABOUT 3
  INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN SINCE 145 AM. THE COUNTY SHERRIFF REPORTS
  HIGHWAY 13 SOUTH OF BELLEVILLE IS FLOODED WITH WATER UP TO 3 FEET
  DEEP. ADDITONAL THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE FOR THE NEXT
  TWO HOURS...DROPPING AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES OF RAINFALL AND
 l WORSENING THE FLOODING THAT IS ALREADY OCCURING.
