* FLOOD WARNING FOR URBAN AREAS AND SMALL STREAMS FOR...
  KNOX COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO

* UNTIL 505 AM EDT

* A SERIES OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN WERE MOVING
  OVER MOST OF THE COUNTY ON A LINE FROM FREDERICKTOWN THROUGH MOUNT
  VERNON TO MARTINSBURG. DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED 2 TO 3 INCHES OF
  RAINFALL SINCE 1100 PM ACROSS THIS AREA. AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2
  INCHES OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE OVER NEXT 1 TO 2 HOURS...WHICH MAY
  CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING IN LOW LYING AREAS.
