IN EAST CENTRAL MISSOURI ...WASHINGTON COUNTY AT 830 PM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS DETECTING A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR OLD MINES. IT WAS MOVING TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 10 MPH.
