FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 1100 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN NORTHEAST MISSOURI
 
   ...KNOX COUNTY
 
AT 735 AM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A NARROW LINE
OF VERY HEAVY THUNDERSTORMS WHICH EXTENDED FROM JUST NORTHWEST OF EDINA
NORTHWEST FOR ABOUT 60 MMILES INTO SOUTHERN IOWA. THESE STORMS ARE
MOVING SLOWLY SOUTHEAST...ONE AFTER ANOTHER. SOME AREAS OF KNOX COUNTY
CAN EXPECT COPIOUS AMOUNTS OF RAINFALL THIS MORNING. SOME AREAS COULD
RECEIVE OVER 3 INCHES OF RAIN IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.
 
THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.  MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REMAIN IN
AREAS THAT ARE UNAFFECTED BY THE POSSIBILITY OF RAPIDLY RISING WATER.
TORRENTIAL AND SOMETIMES BLINDING RAINFALL COULD KEEP YOU FROM BEING
ABLE TO SEE FLOWING WATER...PARTICULARLY ON SECONDARY AND AND PRIVATE
