IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...BANDERA COUNTY AT 115 AM NATIONAL WEATHER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM NEAR UTOPIA...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH. ONE INCH HAIL HAS BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS STORM. ALTHOUGH NO TORNADOES HAVE BEEN DETECTED WITH THIS STORM...A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT.
