IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...FRIO COUNTY AT 1215 AM CST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WITH LARGE HAIL JUST SOUTH OF MOORE MOVING NORTH-NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH. ALTHOUGH NO TORNADOES HAVE BEEN DETECTED WITH THIS STORM...A TORNADO WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT.
