IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS ...EASTERN BANDERA COUNTY AT 225 AM DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM ABOUT 5 MILES EAST OF BADERA. MOVEMENT WAS NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.
