FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  730 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...GUADALUPE COUNTY
 
AT 528 PM THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUED TO DEVELOP
OVER GUADALUPE COUNTY. RAINFALL RATES OF 1 INCH OR MORE PER HOUR
CAN BE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS.  SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WERE
DEVELOPING TO THE NORTH AND WEST AND WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE INTO
GUADALUPE COUNTY OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL HOURS.
 
AVOID ALREADY FLOODED AREAS.  TRAVELERS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS FLOODED ROADS.  IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...LEAVE IT AND MOVE
IMMEDIATELY TO HIGHER GROUND IF YOU CAN DO SO SAFELY.
