THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  815 PM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...BEXAR COUNTY
 
AT 515 PM THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUED TO DEVELOP OVER NORTHERN BEXAR
COUNTY. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE PRODUCING RAINFALL RATES OF 1
TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR.  THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO BUILD TO
THE SOUTH OVER SOUTHERN SECTIONS OF BEXAR COUNTY INCREASING THE
THREAT OF FLASH FLOODING.
 
AVOID ALREADY FLOODED AREAS.  TRAVELERS SHOULD NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS FLOODED ROADS.  IF YOUR VEHICLE STALLS...LEAVE IT AND MOVE
IMMEDIATELY TO HIGHER GROUND IF YOU CAN DO SO SAFELY.
